Only restore point was when Google removed "Google Backup and Sync". However, the PC works PERFECTLY IN SAFE MODE! (But NOT in "Clean Boot") Right click on a desktop Icon and choose "Delete", nothing happens but a "spinning" circle appears. Right click on Start, File Explorer opens (among other things), but NOT Task Manager. Mouse moves, programs WON'T open if a browser is open, it no longer responds, but. This was a normal running system, no new software installed.EXCEPT I allowed Google to install "Google Drive for Desktop", problems started 3 days later, however.
Boots ok, but after 5 minutes, starts to freeze up.partially!
